About Minto Developments

Like most family operated business's Minto started out small. Established in 1955 as a new home construction company, through imagination, determination and a lot of hard work Minto grew into a fully integrated real estate development, construction and management company with our operations expanding into Florida by the late 70's and Toronto in the mid 80's. Over that time we have built nearly 55,000 new homes. Today, Minto carries an extensive portfolio of commercial space and rental homes. We also own and operate a 418 room luxury suite hotel. Along the way we have developed a thirst for innovation, an understanding of the importance of integrity and a penchant for excellence.
